Hello, I’m Simone Parsa

I’m a female strength and embodiment coach for women who are ready to feel as powerful in their bodies as they do in their career.

After years in the health and fitness industry, I saw too many ambitious women chasing extremes  pushing harder, burning out, or abandoning themselves in the name of success.

So I built a new way. A science-backed, somatic-led method that merges strength training, nervous system regulation, and embodiment practices  designed for women who lead, create, and carry big visions.

I’m here to help you feel grounded in your body, connected to your energy, and magnetic in your presence  so you can lead your life and business from a place of true vitality.

Do I need prior gym experience to start?

Not at all. We work with clients at every fitness level. During your initial consultation, we assess your current abilities and design a program that meets you where you are—ensuring safety and steady improvement.


Can the programs accommodate injuries or mobility limitations?

Yes. We regularly collaborate with clients managing past injuries or specific mobility concerns. We’ll adjust exercises, incorporate corrective movements, and coordinate with healthcare professionals if needed.
