SIMONE PARSA.
Movement . Breath . Embodied Wellbeing
Your body is not a project to fix
It is the place you live
We live in a culture that teaches women to constantly optimise, improve, push further. But your body was never meant to be something you continually work against.
My work is about creating a different relationship with your body, one built on strength, awareness, nourishment, breath and trust. Because true capacity isnt created by asking more of yourself. Its created by learning how to meet yourself where you are and build from there.
The Method
BUILD CAPACITY FROM THE INSIDE OUT:
Your physical body and your inner world are not separate.
The way you move, breathe, nourish yourself and experience your body shapes how you meet your life.
My approach brings four elements together:
MOVE
Build strength, mobility and physical capacity through intelligent movement.
NOURISH
Create the foundations for energy, recovery and a body that is properly supported.
BREATHE
Use breath as a pathway into awareness, presence and a deeper relationship with your body.
EMBODY
Develop self-trust, resilience and the ability to live from your body rather than constantly overriding it.
Together, these create something deeper than fitness.
CAPACITY..
FOR THE WOMAN WHO CAN HANDLE A LOT.

FOR THE WOMAN WHO CAN HANDLE A LOT. *
You may be successful, driven and used to figuring things out.
You may also be tired of your body feeling like the one thing you have to constantly manage.
Perhaps you’ve spent years pushing through. Training harder. Eating perfectly.
Holding everything together. And somewhere along the way, you’ve become disconnected from what your body is actually telling you.
This work is for the woman who doesn’t need another set of rules. She needs a deeper relationship with herself. One where strength doesn’t require force. Where nourishment isn’t restriction. Where rest isn’t something to earn.
And where her body becomes a source of information, resilience and power.
A DIFFERENT WAY TO WORK WITH YOUR BODY.
This isn’t about chasing a smaller body, a perfect routine or another version of yourself to become.
It’s about becoming more deeply connected to the body you already have.
More present.
More capable.
More grounded.
More at home in yourself.
The goal isn’t to become someone else.
It’s to have the capacity to fully inhabit who you already are.
How We Can Work Together:
01 — MOVEMENT & WELLBEING
A personalised private experience combining movement, strength, nutrition and embodied wellbeing.

A chance to step out of the noise, come back into your body and allow something to shift beneath the surface.
03 — LUXURY WELLNESS

Designed to feel considered, personal and deeply restorative.
Hello, I’m Simone Parsa
I’ve spent more than a decade working with women and the body.
Strength training taught me how to build physical resilience.
Nutrition taught me how much our foundations matter.
Breathwork and embodied practices opened another door, one that went beyond how the body looks and into how we actually experience being in it.
Over time, I realised that the work I wanted to do wasn’t simply about helping women become fitter.
It was about helping women come home to themselves through the body.
Today, my work sits at the intersection of movement, breath and embodied wellbeing combining evidence-informed practice with a deeply human approach.
Because I believe a strong body isn’t simply something you look at.
It’s something you get to live through.
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. A MULTIDISCIPLINARY APPROACH.

My approach continues to evolve through ongoing education and deeper exploration of the relationship between the body, wellbeing and human capacity.
